Day 1 : Arrival – Musanze - Volcanoes Np

Met in the morning on arrival at the airport. Visit the Genocide Mausoleum. Lunch in town. After lunch you will drive for 3 hrs and follow the road as it climbs to the base of the majestic volcanoes, with spectacular views across the five peaks. Continue toward Volcanoes NP. Overnight at Amakoro lodge (High-end) or Mt Gorilla View lodge (Mid-range)

Day 2 : Gorilla Trekking

The first light of dawn breaks through the curtain of mist clinging to the summits of Karisimbi, Bisoke, Sabyinyo, Gahinga and Muhabura. Wake at 0600 a.m have breakfast and later drive to RDB offices in Kinigi. At 0700 a.m you will gather at the park headquarters together with tracking gears for briefing before heading in the forest to track the gorillas. This may take 2-8 hours depending on the movements of the Gorillas. Tracking the gorillas through the unique vegetation can take several hours of challenging walking in wet and muddy conditions. To see a gorilla, the trek will have been worth the hardship. Later in the afternoon if time allows, visit either Ibyiwacyu Culture village or Twin lates of Burera and Ruhondo. Overnight at Amakoro lodge (High-end or Mt Gorilla View lodge (Mind range)

Day 3 : Musanze – Kigali − Departure
Day 3 :  Musanze – Kigali − Departure

Enjoy during the early morning hours the peaceful atmosphere of the volcanoes. Return to Kigali. Lunch and airport transfer

Do you arrange airport transfers?

What is the age range?
