How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To respond to your enquiry and design your safari. When you contact us or submit a quote request, we use your details to respond, build a personalised itinerary, and communicate with you throughout the planning process.
To manage your booking. Once a booking is confirmed, we use your personal information to coordinate accommodation, transport, activities, and any other services included in your itinerary. This may involve sharing relevant details with our suppliers (camps, lodges, airlines, and similar), only to the extent necessary to deliver your trip.
To send you booking-related communications. We will contact you with information relevant to your booking: confirmation emails, payment reminders, pre-departure information, and similar transactional communications. We do not send marketing emails or newsletters.
To improve our website and understand our audience. We use anonymised, aggregated data from Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, which pages are most useful, and where we can improve. This data does not identify you personally.
To measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We use Meta Pixel to understand how visitors who come to our website through Facebook or Instagram interact with our content, and to measure the performance of any advertising campaigns we run on those platforms.
