We aim to respond to every enquiry within 24 hours during business days. If you reach out over a weekend or public holiday, you’ll hear from us on the next working day.

Do I need to have a specific destination in mind before contacting you?

Not at all. Some of our best safaris have started with nothing more than “I’ve always wanted to go to Africa.” Tell us where your instincts are pointing and we’ll take it from there.

What happens after the initial conversation?

Once we understand what you’re looking for, we’ll put together a personalised itinerary and proposal. There’s no obligation at this stage, it’s simply a starting point for us to refine together.
